What is there to do on a January Break
Although for many a New Year and January cottage break is all about enjoying a peaceful and relaxing break in luxury after the hectic holidays, there are still lots of things to do and see in the UK in January.
The countryside and coast will provide wonderful walks through beautiful scenery during January, just make sure you wrap up warm. It's also a great time to explore the pretty British and Irish towns and villages - when they are not overrun with tourists - and there is nothing better than calling in at the local pubs, restaurants and cafes to warm up!
