Traditional and comfortable detached holiday home quietly located on the edge of Braunton within a short drive of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe. Quietly located to the edge of the village and within a short drive of the coastline, the house has a fine outlook towards Braunton Burrows and Bideford Bay. Windspray is a detached home, comfortable and with traditional furnishings. A spacious comfortable living/dining room has a small sunroom to one end leading directly out onto the rear patio. There is a well equipped kitchen and utility room also providing access out to the patio area. Located off the hallway is a convenient ground floor shower room. All three bedrooms on the first floor have basins and are served by a separate bathroom. Pretty gardens are mostly lawned to the front and with a large lawned area to the side. A convenient spot on the outskirts of the village which has a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Within a few minutes drive you can be on the sandy beaches at Saunton and Croyde.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room with TV with Freeview, DVD video and stereo. Kitchen with gas cooker and microwave. Utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Shower room with WC. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, mixer handset, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Garden furniture. Telephone for incoming calls. No smoking. Private parking. 2 pets welcome. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
