This superb Grade II listed cottage on the edge of peaceful Sinnington sleeps four people in two beautiful bedrooms, making a wonderful romantic retreat.

A beautiful Grade II listed cottage in the peaceful village of Sinnington close to the North York Moors National Park. Renovated to a very high standard, the cottage retains original features such as beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and flagged floors. The interior touches are superb, including granite work-surfaces, a Belfast sink and a dressing room to one of the double bedrooms. Outside is just as attractive, with a large garden providing the perfect setting for relaxing with a glass of wine. The village is picture-postcard pretty, with duck swimming on the river, a village green and a local inn serving good food.

Oil central heating with electric fire in living room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky package, DVD player, radio/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large, lawned garden with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The Thirsk to Scarborough road runs close to the cottage, and as such, some road noise may be heard.
