This charming character barn conversion is in an idyllic rural location surrounded by 16 acres of stunning countryside, rolling pastures, woodland, natural ponds and wildlife-rich grasslands for you to explore at your leisure. You could also stroll for just over a mile to the friendly village of Woolfard is worthy or Woolsey as it is known locally. This "village with two names" boasts a beautiful medieval church tower, traditional thatched Devon pub, shops and post office and hosts the popular Woolsery Show, held each year in July. Willow Cottage is one of a group of similar properties within Clifford Farm, nestling in a quiet corner and attached on two sides. The open plan living room with kitchen and dining area boasts character features of exposed stone walls and wooden beams and is made cosy by an electric wood burning effect stove. The modern kitchen is well equipped and open plan stairs rise from here to the two attractive bedrooms with sloping ceilings and Velux windows. A pristine modern bathroom serves both rooms. Fabulous far reaching countryside views are enjoyed from the rear sitting out area, an ideal spot to relax at any time of day. A real must is a visit to pretty costal village of Clovelly where whitewashed cottages festooned with flowers tumble down cobbled streets to the colourful harbour. There are plenty of family attractions nearby such as The Big Sheep and Milky Way and the wide golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is only a short drive away. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic rural retreat or small families seeking a comfortable base in this beautiful area, Willow Cottage has it all.

Accommodation: Ground floor : Open plan living room/kitchen/Dining room with TV with Freeview and DVD. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available in a communal laundry area on site. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas LPG CH. Patio furniture. Communal laundry room. No Smoking. Communal parking area with 2 allocated spaces. 2 pets welcome. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
