Set amid the delightful rural tranquillity of Ruby Country in the heart of unspoilt Devon countryside. This spacious detached property is in an ideal location to unwind and refresh the spirit. Situated in the grounds of the owners extensive gardens, the accommodation occupies the entire first floor to take advantage of the picturesque surrounding countryside (occasionally used owners garage/storage area on lower level). The elegant open plan living area offers wonderful views over wooded hillsides, pasture and gardens and offers lots of comfy seating. The modern fully fitted kitchen and dining area is close to an external door giving access to a wooden stairway down to the garden. A large attractive bedroom and spacious bathroom lead off the living area. The small private side garden area is ideal for alfresco dining. Historic market towns, pretty villages, a wealth of wonderful walks and fishing close by as well as easy access to the sandy beaches and rugged coastline along the North Devon and Cornish coasts makes this a good location to explore this richly diverse area of the West Country.

Accommodation: Stairs to First floor. Open plan living/dining/kitchen with TV, DVD and CD player. Kitchen with electric cooker, extractor, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with King. Bathroom with shower over bath, wc and washbasin
