Binham is a beautiful, peaceful village retaining the charm and character of a bygone age. The village has the remains of an early 12th century Benedictine priory, where classical concerts are held throughout the summer and the whole area is steeped in history. The Georgian town of Holt is eight miles away with the harbour town of Wells four miles away. Also nearby is the picturesque village of Blakeney, where narrow streets slope down to the tidal creek, and which offers sailing and beautiful coastal and marshland walks. The well-stocked village shop is a legendary village institution, as are the excellent butcher and pub.

The property is spacious and comfortably furnished with many pieces of period furniture and is only a short walk from the historic Priory and all the amenities of the village. Garden: Enclosed garden at front, side and rear, laid to lawn with patio area and fruit trees. Table, chairs and barbecue.
Parking: Off-road for two vehicles, further parking by arrangement.
Heating: Night storage heaters Starter pack of fuel for wood burner.
Also Provided: Books and games. Telephone for incoming calls only and broadband connection.
Extras: Towels may be hired at £4 per person per week, payable on booking
