Nestling in the tiny hamlet of West Saunton, just a few minutes from the fabulous three mile expanse of golden sandy beach backed by spectacular dunes this highly individual barn, set beside a working farm, has been sympathetically converted to provide an excellent holiday home. With a wonderful mix of original character features and contemporary style, the spacious accommodation features some amazing oak beams and lovely stripped pine floors. The entrance hall leads through to a large living / dining room with comfy sofas and table and chairs to seat eight. The attractive country style well equipped kitchen also provides a table and chairs, perfect for leisurely breakfast or less formal dining. A ground floor shower room is also found off the hall. Upstairs, accessed from the spacious landing are four stylish bedrooms. The master double room, with King Size bed has an ensuite shower room. Bedroom two is a double, making the property perfect for two family occupation. Bedroom three is a triple room with a double and a single bed, and bedroom four an attractive single. A modern pristine family bathroom serves these rooms. Outside and in front of the cottage is a lawned garden with garden furniture and barbecue, and there is ample parking available both in the car port and on the lane. Ideally placed for Saunton Golf Club and Saunton Sands beach and just a mile from Braunton Village, with its great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, West Saunton Barn is a fabulous choice in this popular area.

Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and wall mounted TV. Car port has a Belfast sink for washing surfboards etc. Shower room with WC and basin. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with King, TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Double and TV/DVD . Bedroom 3 with Double and Single and TV/DVD. Bedroom 4 with Single and TV. Bathroom with bath with shower handset over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. LPG CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Garden furniture. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. Ample parking. Short breaks available. 3pm Arrival. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday
