Lyng is a rural village situated in the heart of Norfolk. It is part of The Wensum Valley, named after the river which flows through the picturesque countryside and provides excellent fishing opportunities. Horse riding and a country club with indoor bowls are available in the village, which also has a shop and a pub. The area is great for both cycling and walking, with a network of country lanes, and Sparham Pools Nature Reserve and Pensthorpe, home to the BBC's Springwatch series are close by providing excellent walks and bird watching. The fine city of Norwich is just 13 miles away and there are many attractions in the area to suit all ages.

It is in a quiet position on the edge of the small village common, but close to all the local amenities. Norwich and the beaches of the North Norfolk Coast are also only a short drive away. Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, washbasin and wc

Garden: Pretty fully enclosed garden with patio and flower borders. Camomile lawn which is very attractive.
Parking: For one car on driveway at rear of house.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Towels, tea towels, books and games. First basket of wood or coal free for wood burner.
Extras: Further baskets of wood or coal are available at £1 per basket, honesty box applies.
