Valley View provides light and airy accommodation and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Standing on its own, the property forms part of eight architecturally designed eco properties and Valley View is the only garden lodge based within The Eco Village.  Each eco lodge is detached using sustainable, natural materials and timbers along with solar panels to provide excellent insulation whilst taking care of the planet.

Twenty steps lead up from the parking space to the one property, Valley View. Arranged on one floor with one step at the entrance to the property, the front door leads straight into a spacious entrance hallway perfect for storing shoes and coats and houses the laundry facilities. To one side is a separate WC. A doorway leads into a light and spacious lounge/ kitchen/ dining area and the open plan design makes Valley View perfect for families and group gatherings. Large French windows open out onto a private patio with garden seating and gazebo.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area and comfy lounge seating with electric living flame fire. To the rear of the lounge/kitchen/ diner, there are three separate bedrooms. One bedroom with king size bed (5ft) and en-suite shower room with WC. One double bedroom and one bedroom with two standard sized single beds. A separate bathroom with bath, handheld shower and WC completes the single storey accommodation.

To the front and side of the property, the patio and lawn enjoys a woodland outlook. Additional parking is on site and is accessed via an incline from the parking area.
