On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a small conservatory. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and an enclosed patio with furniture and sun canopy. Ty Bach is an ideal base for enjoying coastal Kidwelly, the wonderful Ffos Las Racecourse, and the castles, steam railways, market towns and scenery the area has to offer.
