A warm welcome awaits you at this ideally situated detached bungalow, being just a few minutes walk from beautiful Croyde Bay and within an easy stroll of the village centre. The large private rear lawned garden is perfect for children and offers a relaxing haven at any time of day. The comfortable living room has a separate dining area and features an attractive modern fireplace with electric flame effect fire for cosy cooler evenings. A real bonus is the spacious heated conservatory with additional comfy sofas and patio doors opening onto the lovely rear garden. The well equipped bright and modern fitted kitchen with ceramic tiled floor has a door into the master double bedroom with a shower cubicle and separate ensuite with WC and basin. A further attractive double bedroom and a twin room are served by a modern family bathroom. There is so much to enjoy in this charming unspoilt village with wonderful coastal walks, a superb beach and a choice of restaurants, pubs and stores.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room with TV with satellite Freeview, DVD and electric fire. Conservatory. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A tumble dryer is housed in the conservatory. Bedroom 1 with Double with shower cubicle and ensuite WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Double. Bedroom 3 with Twin with TV. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Garden furniture. Regret no pets. No smoking. Payphone. Private parking for 2 cars on driveway. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
