Laminate flooring and contemporary stylish furnishings complement the open plan living room with kitchen and breakfast bar. Patio doors open onto the balcony area with a fantastic sea view and covered canopy, a real bonus. The compact twin enjoys views towards Capstone Hill and a glimpse of the sea. The bedrooms are served by a large spacious bathroom. Games and toys are provided along with fishing rods, tackle and beach games for children young and old! Within a short drive there is a lot to see and do in the area, with shops, pubs and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The Landmark Theatre opposite runs a varied entertainment programme. Alternatively you can just sit, relax and watch the world go by.
