A lovely detached bungalow is in a superb location for exploring North Devon due to its easy access to all routes.

The Willows is a detached bungalow in an ideal location from which to tour North Devon as there is easy access to the areas many attractions and glorious beaches. Traditional in style the main living room and oak kitchen/breakfast room both enjoy patio doors, which open out onto a private rear lawned garden. Two bedrooms are served by a separate family bathroom. The garage is available providing storage for golf clubs, walking boots or beach equipment. A short cut via a footpath provides quicker walking access into South Molton town centre with excellent shopping facilities, several restaurants and popular tearooms. Exmoor National Park is just less than five miles away, with an abundance of walks to choose from at every level. The Willows is a really comfortable and popular home from home, conveniently located for exploring this lovely area.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Living room with TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player and electric fire. Kitchen/breakfast room with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Garage. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. Payphone. Private parking on driveway plus additional roadside parking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
