Set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads eight miles from the fine, historic city of Norwich and a short drive to the sandy beaches of the East Coast, Blofield Heath provides an ideal base for exploring the many attractions of Norfolk or simply relaxing in the peaceful countryside. The area around Blofield offers quiet lanes for walking and cycling. There are plenty of traditional country pubs with restaurants within convenient driving distance. Salhouse, Brundall, and South Walsham Broads are nearby where you can launch or hire a boat, with the RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen providing a delight for walkers and nature lovers. The cathedral city of Norwich with its cobbled streets, timber-framed houses, bustling outdoor market, theatres and shops provides further interest and entertainment.

The Storehouse is situated within the grounds of the owner's property. Lovingly converted from a former apple store, recently renovated and furnished to a high standard, it enjoys lovely views and access to the three-acre landscaped parkland garden and orchard. The Storehouse provides space and tranquillity, ideal for a break at any time of the year. Shop: 0.75 miles Pub: 1.5 miles

Bathroom/Cloakroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and wc
Entrance Hall/Games Room with additional seating, table, TV with Freeview and built-in DVD

First Floor:
Family Suite with a single bed and En-Suite Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and wc with an arch leading into Bedroom 2 with a double bed
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc

Garden: Enclosed garden with large patio area, furniture, barbecue and access to three-acre landscaped parkland garden and orchard.
Parking: For three cars and boat/trailer.
Heating: Electric radiator heating included May-Sept and £30 per week Oct-Apr payable on booking.
Also Provided: Towels, stair gate, books and games - plus use of freezer situated in owner's garage.
