The Stables is an attractive spacious single storey dwelling that has been thoughtfully converted. Snape is world famous for its concert hall and music festivals, it is also a popular self catering holiday location due to its proximity to Aldeburgh, the Heritage Coast, the heaths, forests, rivers and bird reserves as well as all the other areas of interest within the county. The quiet lanes and paths in the locality make it an ideal area for walking and cycling. The village itself offers a complex of interesting shops at the Maltings, three pubs a good village store, a post office and a fine church. Valley Farm is situated on the outskirts of the village and the Barn is a detached, thatched building which used to form an integral part of the farm when it was working It has been thoughtfully converted by the owners to provide three attractive self contained holiday units. The Stables is a single storey dwelling attached to the barn. Shop: 500 yards Pub: 750 yards. Open Plan Living/Dining Area comprising a Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher Sitting Area with TV and DVD Utility Area with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying area and payphone Bedroom with twin beds Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, washbasin and W.C. Garden: Patio area and communal garden. Parking: Private. Heating: Oil heating. Notes: Laundry Room next to property provides washing machine and tumble dryer.
