Extremely well equipped in a quiet residential area - an ideal retreat Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creak, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore has easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good locals' bar. The Spinney is situated in a quiet residential area in Reydon. It is a delightful detached modern property, decorated and equipped to a high standard. The nearest shop is just a few minutes away and Southwold town, beach and harbour are a fifteen minute walk. With comfortable accommodation, a fully enclosed garden and bright and airy rooms, this is an ideal location to spend some time relaxing and enjoying the seaside air. Shop: 200 yards Pub: 400 yards.
