Inside the owners have created an amazing, contemporary holiday home, which has clearly been developed with self catering holidays in mind. On the first two floors are the good sized bedrooms most with terrace areas and views towards the water, leading to the top floor - an open plan living space with 360 degree views across the lakes and surrounding countryside. Finally is the 'skydeck' itself - the very top floor with exceptional and interrupted views for miles. Wow! Additionally, the property, of course, is situated within a stroll of the multi £million Artspa facility - with its indoor and outdoor heated pools, which really complete the package This is an excellent self catering holiday home and we are quite sure you will agree!ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to hallwayBedroom Two with double bed plus wardrobe and chest of drawers and Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin.Master Bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and Ensuite Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and washbasin. Third Floor (outside only)Accessed from the external decking areas, the top floor is an open area with table and chairs and sun loungers. There are superb views (again!) across the countryside and complete privacy for private dining or sun bathing. OUTSIDEThe Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!Please advise Manor Cottages at the time of booking if your party is a single sex group.Cot and highchair available at additional charge of £10.00 each.Sorry No Pets. No Smoking. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice. Two extra beds available for a maximum party size of 8. Extra bed charged at £40 each per stay or per week.We would like to bring to your attention that there may be some building work on the far side of Howells Mere.Please note that there is a damages deposit for this property,  payable on arrival.
