The Old Band Room is a delightful Cotswold holiday cottage tucked away in the village of Naunton, itself a few minutes from Stow on the Wold. Originally this building is where military bands used to practice (approx 100 years ago!) but today it is a lovely home with many period and contemporary touches such as underfloor heating. Thoroughly recommended.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance into open plan ground floorLiving Room with two sofas, Flatscreen TV with DVD. Kitchen / Diner spacious and well equipped with 5 ring gas cooker and oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. A washing machine in utility area. Table and chairs for up to five people.UpstairsBedroom One (a lovely room) with double bed, wardrobe and Ensuite Shower Room with shower, wc and washbasinBedroom Two with double bed, wardrobe.Bathroom Two with bath, WC and washbasinOutsideAcross the lane the cottage has a private and enclosed garden area which overlooks the (small) upper River Windrush which passes through the village. There is a table and chairs and it is absolutely ideal for sundowners! (Parents please be aware.)Pets and Children Welcome. Cot & High Chair supplied. Stairgate at bottom of stairs. Heating and electrity included all year. Wi-Fi available and included. On-Street parking (on quiet road)- Saturday Changeover. Short Breaks welcome, except in High Season when only at short notice- Please also note that for Cheltenham Race week the rental rate is £815.00 gross.
