The Little House is a very romantic, typical Cotswold Cottage set within a truly idyllic location deep within the Cotswold Hills. The cottage, which is over 200 years old and perched on a little lane in this delightful village, is very warm and cosy and offers a welcoming, homely feel inside. The inglenook fireplace with its wood burning stove along with  the beams give the cottage real character and ambiance, adding to the sense that this is a 'real' rural retreat! There are two bedrooms within, making it possible for four people to stay*. To the front of the cottage is a little garden with terrace, all south-facing, making it perfect for relaxation. A truly classic cottage which is just perfect for a peaceful hideway.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to lobby with hanging hooks and space for boots, shoes etc.Living Room with sofa, two armchairs, wood burning stove, flatscreen TV, DVD, plus dining table (extendable) with chairs. Window looking towards garden.Kitchen, galley style and well equipped, electric hob, double oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. There is a small pantry which also houses a washing machine and separate tumble drier. UpstairsBedroom One with double bed (4ft 6in), wardrobe and chest of drawers.Bedroom Two with double bed with cupboard*Bathroom with bath, electric shower over WC and washbasin.OutsideTerrace garden surrounded by dry stone wall, table and chairs.Sorry No Pets. Electricity incl. Children Welcome, but no cot or high chair supplied. *Please note that 2 extra people are able to stay, and are charged at £40 per person, per weekend or per week.Off Street Parking for one car. No Smokers.
