This single storey cottage has an open plan studio living area with a double bed and a sitting area. There is also a separate shower room and a kitchen with dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. The Garden Room is an ideal romantic retreat.

Own patio with furniture outside cottage, in shared lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Very limited mobile phone reception in Hulme End.
