The apartment also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and a balcony with lovely views over the ponds and the woods. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a conservatory, an enclosed courtyard with furniture woodburning fire pit and barbecue and shared use of the owner's grounds with patio areas, ponds, an aviary and picnic areas. The East Wing is a superb base for visiting the Heart of England, Cheshire and North Wales.
