Constructed in the mid 19th Century the property has stunning views over the main Salcombe anchorage towards East Portlemouth and has been extensively refurbished over recent years to a very good standard throughout. The house is ideally set up for one or two families but is also the perfect retreat for smaller groups looking to enjoy the spectacular location at quieter times of the year. Mooring available (tides permitting) for a tender up to 8ft.
