Sculthorpe is located just one mile from the market town of Fakenham and eight miles from the popular North Norfolk Coast. The village has a fabulous fenland nature reserve, which is home to the Hawk and Owl Trust; the whole site is accessed via a Boardwalk and is a super place to observe a wide variety of bird and wildlife. Burnham Market and Holkham are easily accessible and Fakenham offers a variety of shopping opportunities, a very good weekly market, cinema and bowling centre. The village has two pubs both of which serve good food. National Cycle Route 2 runs through the village and the surrounding quiet lanes, eventually ending at Wells-next-the-Sea.

The Chatters is a modern, deceptively spacious property with extensive views over farmland to the rear. Extremely well equipped and comfortable, the accommodation is light and airy and very appealing. Sculthorpe is well serviced by the Coast Hopper bus which will take you from King's Lynn to Wells. There is also a local taxi service in the village as well as bike hire. Pub: 0.25 miles Shops/Restaurants: 1 mile in Fakenham
