There is an additional ground floor cloakroom. The fitted kitchen has underfloor heating, and there is a dining room, and a sitting room with doors to the garden, The cottage enjoys panoramic country views, and there is a large enclosed garden and off road parking for three cars. As well as the delights of York there is the beauty of the Yorkshire Wolds to discover, making The Cart Shed an ideal base for this part of Yorkshire.
