The Byre is set on the owners' working farm in Llanddewi Skirrid, 3 miles from Abergavenny, close to the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Black Mountains. This lovely cottage has a lower ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, yet still on the 'ground floor', is an open plan living area with underfloor heating and a well-equipped kitchen, sitting area and dining area. Outside can be found off road parking and a patio with furniture. With plenty of walks, cycle trails, castles, villages, tearooms and glorious countryside, The Byre is as suited to walkers and intrepid out-doors types as it is couples in search of a romantic escape.

Sorry, no pets in cottage, though one dog is welcome in outside kennel only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Restaurant 1 mile. Note: Owner can offer stabling facilities
