The property is set in private, peaceful grounds which are ideal for relaxing outside while only two minutes walk from the town square. Internally the cottage is presented to a very high standard by thoughtful owners who have created a welcoming home with real quality. We absolutely love this holiday cottage!The Bothy is a short stroll from Blenheim Palace and its fabulous history and gardens. ACCOMMODATIONSet within a private and gated area.Entrance through to open plan kitchen / dining / living roomKitchen / Dining equipped with ceramic hob (two rings), built-in fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and combi microwave/oven/grill. Dining table and chairs. Solid oak flooringLiving Room fully glazed on three sides offering views towards garden area. Two seater sofa and armchair, TV and DVD player. Limestone flooringBedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. (Two steps down to the bedroom.)Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit with washbasin and WC.OutsideEnclosed garden area, mainly gravel and with many herbaceous plants and shrubs. Table and chairs and BBQWifi Available. Babes in arms only. No Smokers please. Blenheim Horse Trials charged at High Season. Electric wall heaters through out. On street Parking only. Please note that there is no washing machine in this property.
