The Penthouse and The Beach House have been extensively redesigned and refurbished and are ideally suited to couples or families looking for luxury accommodation within easy access of Salcombe and the local amenities.Enjoy the unique private beach and decking area, and use of the running mooring, suitable for a boat/dinghy up to 11' in length (swinging moorings for boats up to 21' may be available by separate request at and additional charge).
