The Barn is a detached barn conversion near Withiel, close to Wadebridge. The property has a double bedroom on the first floor, along with the sitting room with woodburner. On the ground floor is a twin room, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car, and a private lawned garden set across the farmyard from the property. The Barn makes a very welcoming family base for enjoying this part of Cornwall, from the Eden Project to the beaches of Newquay and the north Cornwall coast.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Rayburn cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fire guard on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private garden with garden furniture, accessed via private pathway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.
