The beamed ceilings, thick stone walls, oak panelling, flag stone floor and thatched roof are ample proof of the cottage's great age, whilst the accommodation has been furnished in sympathetic style with many period pieces to create a thoroughly welcoming, quality holiday cottage. Previous guests love the cottage with a recent comment supporting this: 'Your Thatched Cottage was precisely the dream we were after...' An added attraction is the private back garden with small patio area, perfect for those long summer evenings. We feel that this is a holiday cottage for those who like tradition and convenience. An excellent character cottage..  ACCOMMODATIONGround FloorSmall Porch, Living Room a gorgeous room with beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace with woodburner 'look alike' with gas fire, 32" flat screen TV and DVD playerKitchen fully fitted with gas hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine. Bathroom with bath, separate shower above WC & hand basin, Small Hallway leading to the garden.Upstairs (twisty stairs)Bedroom Two with 4ft double bed and wardrobe. (Please note: This is accessed directly from the stairs and charged separately at £40 extra per week / per stay)Bedroom One with large brass double bed with an Ensuite WC & hand-basin and beamed ceiling, accessed via Bedroom Two.OutsideThere is a small garden with patio furniture, accessed via some steps. Heating & electricity included all year. Children welcome, but No Cot or high chair supplied. Please No more than 3 adults per booking or 2 adults plus 2 children aged 7+.On-Street Parking.
