The railway station is just over the road with direct services to London Liverpool Street and Harwich. Manningtree, England's smallest town, with its vibrant mix of local shops, restaurants and public houses is only a 10 minute walk away along the 'Walls', a shoreline within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Its privileged location gives stunning, uninterrupted, panoramic views over the Stour Estuary from the sitting room and from both the galleried bedrooms. This is a bird watchers paradise.
