A detached single storey property in a lovely quiet rural position. Dennington is a pleasant village situated in rural Suffolk, just 2 hours drive from London but a world apart. It is 3 miles from the town of Framlingham with it's magnificent castle. An excellent location which affords easy access to the Heritage Coast and a number of fine towns including Woodbridge, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge. The beaches of Aldeburgh and Southwold are only a short drive away. There are many circular walks and cycle rides taking in the beautiful countryside. Whether you want days out and about or a chance to relax and unwind this is an ideal location for a holiday in Suffolk. Stable Cottage is a single-storey detached property which was converted from Victorian stables. It has been recently refurbished to offer open plan, comfortable, year round accommodation for up to 6 people. The cottage is separate from, but situated within the owners non-working farm. It has a large and private south-west facing garden to enjoy which adjoins open fields. Shopping Centre: 3 miles Pub: 1 mile. Sitting/Dining Room with TV, DVD player, sofa bed and table and chairs Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine Bedroom 1 with a double bed Bedroom 2 with twin beds Bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c. Garden: Enclosed, private and south-west facing garden with extensive grassed paddock, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking: For two cars. Heating: Night storage heaters. Pets: One well-behaved pet welcome. Also Provided: Towels. Welcome pack. Books and games. Bicycle storage and room for boat/trailer.
