The apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one king-size double on the second floor and two twins on the third floor. There is a shower room on the second floor with shower, basin and WC, along with a third floor bathroom with bath (with shower off the taps), basin and WC. The living accommodation is on the second floor, comprising a fitted kitchen and sitting room with gas fire and dining area. With the amenities of Filey and a sandy beach just minutes away, Southdene makes a great base for a seaside break.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 3 mins walk. Note: Entrance to apartment is via a long internal staircase.
