Wells is a popular town set behind a small harbour on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is possible to travel from the town by narrow-gauge steam railway to the sandy beach, which is backed by pine woods. The beach is one mile from the town and has a car park and tea rooms. It is an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year and the area is famed for ornithology and has many excellent walks. Amenities in the town include amusements, great pubs, restaurants and many interesting shops.

It is situated within a few minutes walk of the Quay, where children and adults alike can enjoy the delights of "crabbing". The Holkham Estate is close by with many walks and cycle tracks to explore. Kitchen/Dining Room a lovely room with newly fitted quality cupboards, exposed brick work and feature bread oven, gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, dining table and chairs

First Floor:
Bedroom 2 with beams, feature fireplace and a double bed
Bedroom 3 with twin beds
Bedroom 4 with a child size single bed and truckle bed
Bathroom with bath, over-bath power shower, washbasin and wc

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1 accessed via steep narrow stairs - room has sloping ceiling with exposed beams, double bed, walk-in wardrobe with washbasin

Garden: Fully enclosed courtyard with small raised water feature and further small patio area with table and chairs
Parking: Driveway at rear of property for one large car.
Heating: G.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Towels. Books and games.
Pets: One small dog welcome, please keep downstairs and off the furniture at all times.
Notes: Please note there is a mixture of feather filled and synthetic pillows.
