With its lovely sandy beach and traditional seaside atmosphere, Sea Palling is a perfect location for a coastal holiday. On a summer's day you may like a swim in the sea, a cycle ride through the country lanes, a boat trip on the nearby Broads or a visit to one of the many attractions close by. In winter what better than an invigorating walk along the beach followed by a warming drink inside your cosy cottage. The village has a shop, post office and two pubs.

With a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom it is comfortable with modern facilities. It benefits from lovely views over the countryside to the front and a path over the dunes to the rear giving you direct access to the beach. The veranda to the front of the property is a feature and allows you to enjoy covered al fresco dining. Shop: 0.5 miles Pub: 0.25 miles

Parking: For one car to the front of the property.
Heating: O.F.C.H, multi-fuel pot-bellied stove and heated towel rail to the bathroom.
Pets: Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
Also Provided: Towels. Scuttle of coal. Books and games.
Extras: Continuous heating is available for £15 per booking, payable on booking.
