Set in a private lane just minutes from the wonderful golden sands of Croyde Bay, Sandcastles is a picture postcard seaside cottage, perfect for couples or small family. After busy days on the beach, walking the stunning coast path or exploring beautiful Exmoor National Park, this inviting holiday cottage will be a treat to return home to. In an open plan design the comfortable living room is stylishly furnished and the modern kitchen area with white units and granite style works surfaces comes complete with breakfast bar. Two attractive bedrooms share the separate spacious fully tiled family bathroom. Outside, a small lawn and patio is ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. For long summer holidays or short breaks, this lovely cottage will be a popular choice at any time of year.

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Open plan living room with electric wood burner effect fire, TV with Freeview and DVD, CD player/ipod dock/radio. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric CH. No Smoking. Wi-Fi Broadband. 2 pets welcome. Patio furniture. Private parking for 2 cars on driveway. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
