Priory Cottage is an absolutely stunning Cotswold stone cottage, presented immaculately and in one of Bath's premium villages. The property, which is at least 250 years old, sits towards the end of a no-through road  leading towards the historic Norman church and forms part of a row of cottages that are now all owned by one family. The village is 'terribly quintessential English': full of period buildings, relatviely untouched and with stunning views down the valley. Inside the cottage is furnished to a very high standard, with period and contemporary touches in equal measure - very attractive. It is ideal for two, three or four people with the beds providing a variety of 'options'! There is also an enclosed garden to the rear. With the heart of Bath literally less than 10 mins drive away, this is a prime rural retreat.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to living room.Living Room with two sofas and chaise longe, large flatscreen TV with Freeview plus DVD. There is an open, feature fireplace with woodburning stove. There is a bookcase with some local books of interest. Kitchen, lovely room overlooking gardens, full equipped, with 6 ring gas hob and two ovens, dishwasher, washing machine with drier, fridge, freezer, dining table with four chairs. Door to garden.First FloorMaster Bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobe with shelving, chest of drawers, beautiful viewsBathroom with bath, power shower over, WC and wasgbasinSecond FloorBedroom Two* with single bed plus an extra 'pull out' bed, both charged extra if required.OutsideThere is a good size, enclosed garden with patio area; table and chairs. This overlooks a paddock! The parking is 'on street' but it is outside the cottage and on a quiet no through road we can't imagine any problems...Heating & Electricity included all year. One small pet welcome, please discuss. Please No smokers. Children Welcome, but sorry No Cot or High Chair supplied. Please note logs NOT supplied* Extra bed(s) charged at £50 per bed, per week or per weekend.
