The nature reserves at Surlingham and Strumpshaw are close by and have waterside trails - a delight for walkers and nature lovers. Lingwood is also only eight miles from the fine city of Norwich, which as well as being steeped in history has a good array of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Also within a short drive is the sandy beach at the coastal village of Winterton-on-Sea

The property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, or take the train into Norwich and enjoy a car free day in this beautiful city. Shop/Pub: 0.5 miles
