Martham is a village situated between the sea and the north Broads and is home to Martham Broad on the river Thurne which sits north of the village. It is said to be one of the most attractive in Broadland extending over 101 acres and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. With an attractive village green with pond, pubs, shops and its proximity to the sandy beaches of Winterton, Horsey and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, it is an ideal base for exploring a wide area of Norfolk.

Pets: Two small -or one medium sized well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Extras: Electricity is by £1 coin meter with the first £10 included.
Notes: Please note that the property has steep stairs - with a twist at the bottom. This may make it unsuitable for young children and people with mobility problems. The layout of the bedrooms may mean this property is more suited to family use.
