Nuthatch is an attractive and contemporary holiday home situated on the very popular Clearwater Estate - a location which has the benefit of indoor and outdoor swimming pools! Internally the property offers modern yet welcoming accommodation with wooden floors, cool colours and contemporary furnishings mixed with large walls of glass that open onto private balconies and decking, perfect for relaxing and dining. An expansive house, it is perfect for a large family, or group of friends with gardens/external space safe for children (gated community) and miles of walks directly from the front door. In our opinion this is a restful and comfortable home, which offers both a perfect escape, and a fine, sociable space. The property is situated 50 metres from the Artspa and 200 metres from the estate shop - perfect!ACCOMMODATION Entrance through hallway with Cloakroom with WC and washbasin, leading to open plan Living SpaceThe Living Area is a large space with vast glass windows / doors overlooking a deck and nature reserve beyond. The room has two sofas, and arm chair, contemporary woodburning stove, large flatscreen TV and DVD player.Kitchen / Diner, fully appointed with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a table and chairs for 9 people.First FloorBedroom Two with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and lovely view and private balcony and viewBedroom Three with double bed, plus balcony and view and Ensuite Bathroom with bath and handheld shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom Four with double bedBedroom Five with bunk bedsFamily Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasinSecond FloorVery large Master Bedroom with King Size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chairs, and Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin.OUTSIDEThere is a private deck area overlooking a small gulley/stream, with seats and table plus reclining chairs. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!Cot and highchair available at additional charge of £10.00 each.Please advise Manor Cottages at the time of booking if your party is a single sex group.Sorry No Pets. No Smoking. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice. Easter (High Season) at Clearwater runs from 20 March to 17 April please note.Note that the owners require a 'Damages Deposit' before arrival at the property. Payable to management company
