The Great Western Greenway – an exciting new off road cycle/ walk trail of 42 km is accessed behind the house. The convenience of this property (5 min walk to pub with traditional music, shops, wonderful beach) makes it very attractive. History abounds in the ‘Ceide Fields’ and the ‘Deserted Village’.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 100 yards. Beach 200 yards. Lakeside 5 miles. GF: double with ensuite shower room, twin, w.c. FF: lounge/kitchen/diner, single, bathroom.Oct to April - Electric will be charged at €6 per day. May to Sept - Electric will be charged at €4 per day., open fire (no fuel supplied), linen and towels included, cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, radio, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, babysitting on request, internet access, hairdryer, uk tv channels, open plan shared garden, off road parking. Sorry no pets.
