Millrock is ideally situated in the centre of Woolacombe just a short level stroll from the wonderful three mile stretch of sandy beach. The contemporary open plan living room, with kitchen and dining area open onto a lovely sunny decked patio which is completely private and perfect for al fresco dining. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a pretty twin and a spacious double which is dual aspect with views over countryside to the rear. A modern stylish bathroom serves both rooms. The front porch has a lockable cupboard useful for storage of surf boards or beach equipment. For families and couples who like to be in the heart of the village with shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep, Millrock is the perfect choice.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living / dining room with TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo and Ipod Dock. Kitchen area with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin, TV and DVD. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Patio furniture. Stairgate available. No smoking. Regret no pets. A permit is provided for parking between May and Sept. Unrestricted roadside parking is available at all other times. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
