May House is a very large holiday house, set within large, private gardens within the southern Cotswolds. There are three living rooms, a huge dining area and a delightful kitchen which altogether make the house ideal for large groups or family gatherings. Internally the property is presented to a high standard with five bedrooms and three bathrooms; throughout there is a very light and airy feel with lovely views across the garden from large windows. The owners have taken care to make the house feel very welcoming and we particularly like the kitchen and the open plan living space. Outside and surrounding the house is a large garden with different areas of  interest and which enjoys the sun all day. With the village pub literally a short walk away, there is plenty to make this property an excellent choice for your weekend break or family holiday!ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to stunning kitchen.Kitchen, fully equipped with electric Aga (2 ovens), six ring electric hob and three ovens, dishwasher and Bose ipod docking station. There is also Utility Room with microwave, washing macine and dryer and large fridge freezer, plus an additional pantry for food storage. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.Living Space, a very large room divided into two areas - living and dining. Living area with two good size sofas plus additional armchairs, open fire, large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Dining Area with large table with chairs. There is an extra table, with more chairs to enable 12 people to sit comfortably.Living Room Two, attached to the kitchen is a good sized living room with TV and Freeview, plus large sofa and armchairs and electric 'flame-effect' fire.  Living Room Three with sofa(*) which can be made up into a double bed if requested.UpstairsMaster Bedroom, enormous(!) with Super King double bed, single day bed* and wardrobe with shelving. There is an extra single bed if required*. Ensuite Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasinBedroom Two with double bed (4ft 6") with wardrobe plus chest of drawers.Bedroom Three with bunk beds and wardrobeBedroom Four with single bed and under bed storage.Family Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasinBedroom Five, accessed via a separate set of internal stairs, with double bed (4ft 6") with hanging space and chest of drawers with Ensuite Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasinOutsideThere is large garden surrounding the property, with a table and chairs. The are many areas of interest along with a tree house, which it must be stressed is used at the customers own risk. No BBQ, sorry. The garden is enclosed with hedging but small children would need to be supervised.. Sorry No Pets. Children Welcome. Cot and High Chair available. Ample Off Street Parking. Wifi Available.* Please note that for the sofa bed and extra single beds there is an additional charge of £40 per person. This will cover the cost of the extra linen.
