Lower Barn Cottage, Winson is a magnificent Cotswolds holiday cottage set in one of the most delightful and unspoilt villages of the region. Renovated to a very exacting standard by its owners, this holiday cottage is an absolute gem with every care taken to ensure that the accommodation is of the highest standard. Internally the property retains many classic features including an Aga and open fire and is presented in a wonderfully cosy yet modern style that absolutely fits 'the feel' of the cottage. Externally the cottage is set within the grounds of the owner's home overlooking private gardens with river frontage and rolling Cotswolds Hills beyond. In every resepct this we recommend this self catering cottage. We fell in love with the location the moment we drove through the private gates - it really is the ideal spot for friends or family to relax and unwind and to enjoy the open space that this location affords. Spacious Living Room with two large sofas, two armchairs, open fire TV and DVD player, plus french door to patio area and garden beyond. Cloakroom with WC and washbasinUpstairsMaster Bedroom with king size bed, sofa, chaise longue, wardrob and TV, plus double aspect and views across the garden.Bedroom Two, with two single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.Family Bathroom with bath, power shower over, WC and washbasin.OutsideTo the side of the property is a sheltered patio area with garden table and chairs. Beyond this are the main gardens with river frontage (parents please note). It is possible to fish the river with permission from the owners. Central Heating and Electricity included. Logs supplied (please use the central heating with consideration). Sorry No Pets (please note: owners have their own very friendly pets!). Babes in arms or children aged 5+ only.
