Warmed in the cooler months by central heating and open fires.Within;-Accommodation made up of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom/shower rooms; separate shower room on ground floor-Spacious open plan sitting room/diner and games room provide separate space for adults and children -Modern well-equipped kitchen -Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna-Lawns to the front with plenty of space for children to play freely; Pitch and putt available in summer months- Additional accommodation available for up to ten peoplePerfect for:Two families, mixed couples, outdoor enthusiasts and fishing groups wanting to enjoy a rural holiday exploring the beautiful landscape.Please note: The swimming pool temperature is set between 26 29 degrees centigrade, and this will dip if the guidelines on replacing the cover whilst not in use are not kept. Solid fuel for the fire is not included within the rental, but can be purchased at the village store, half a mile from the house.
