This cosy bungalow is located within the owner’s grounds at the edge of the Bylaugh Park Estate. As one of two holiday cottages on the site, this is a well equipped home from home providing spacious and bright accommodation, as well as a raised patio with furniture - ideal for relaxing after a day out. There is also shared access to a wonderful lawned garden, ideal for ball games and sunbathing. There are several fishing lakes within a few minutes' walk, as well as access to the River Wensum and various local amenities, making this an incredibly well placed property within a lovely region.

Oil central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine in shared utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of large garden, own patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Children aged two and under only please.
