The sleeping arrangements consist of two double rooms, one with en suite facilities, and a twin bedroom, making this a versatile property suite to groups of couples, families, or a small party of friends. The amenities of Scarborough town are just three miles away whilst the scenic fishing village of Robin Hoods Bay and the charming, historic town of Whitby are also within easy driving distance.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to rear with garden furniture. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £15 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk.
