Warmed in the cooler months by log fires and oil central heating. Within; -Large well-equipped kitchen with aga; seating area and dining table seating 10 guests -Spacious, elegant drawing room with magnificent bay windows, open fire and grand piano -Additional living space with TV, table football table and a large games room with full size snooker table and table tennis table provide plenty of separate space for adults and children -Substantial dining room seating up to 25 guests with galley kitchen next door -Accommodation is made up of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including one four poster bed) Perfect for: Three to four families, family get-togethers, mixed couples, events or occasions, golfing and activity based groups looking for spacious, rural accommodation close to Edinburgh.
