Laneside is a beautiful bungalow, tucked away in a peaceful and private road within a short level stroll of the golden sandy beach. Immaculately presented, light, bright and spacious this detached home will not disappoint the most discerning guests. The dual aspect living room has French doors through to the fabulous kitchen/dining room where light oak units are complemented by ceramic tiled floor and granite style worktops. Both rooms open onto the completely enclosed sunny rear garden, an ideal spot for leisurely family barbecues or relaxing on balmy summer evenings. A useful garden shed provides secure storage for surf boards and beach equipment. Three attractive bedrooms are located off the hall with the master double room having a French door out onto the garden and benefiting from a pristine en suite shower room. The two good size twin bedrooms are served by a separate family bathroom. The village centre is just a few minutes' walk away offering a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Horse riding, sailing, surfing, cycling, great coastal or inland walks are all available nearby so for an active break or just total relaxation, Croyde and Laneside make the perfect combination.

Kitchen / dining room with ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
