This bright, spacious holiday home is on a private development alongside the Kenmare Bay Estuary on the beautiful Ring of Kerry. Located just outside Kenmare town centre with its wonderful selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. The house has a partially enclosed back garden and there is private parking available also. Salmon and Trout fishing is possible in many locations around Kenmare. There are 3 salmon rivers and at least 5 lakes stocked with trout. Market Day is every Wednesday in Kenmare where you can enjoy the many stalls.Shop 1 mile. Pub 1½ miles. Restaurant 1 mile. Beach 15 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, w.c. FF: double with ensuite bathroom (shower over bath), twin, single, bathroom.Electricity charge of €5 per day July and August and €7 per day for the rest of the year, open fire (no fuel supplied), linen and towels included, electric fire, TV, dvd player, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, partially enclosed garden, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.
