The charming Georgian town of Holt is the ideal base to tour North Norfolk and boasts a selection of interesting shops including antique shops and art galleries. On the edge of the town, the green flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 200 acres of woodland with nature trails and organised events. Bird watching is one attraction in the area with the bird sanctuary at Cley and the coastal villages such as Blakeney close by. The pretty seaside town of Sheringham is only six miles away.

Horatio's is a spacious apartment which has been recently renovated to provide comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. It is situated in the centre of Holt above the owners' coffee shop. All the town's numerous amenities are within easy walking distance. Shops/Pubs/Restaurants: all within walking distance

First Floor:
Sitting/Dining Room tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player, electric living flame fire, table and chairs
Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs
Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin, wc and wall mounted electric heater
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with twin beds

Heating: Thermostatic electric convection heating and electric fire to the sitting room and bedrooms, free standing thermostatic electric fire to the kitchen.
Also Provided: Guests enjoy a 10% discount on morning coffee and afternoon tea at the owners' coffee shop, Horatio Mugs. Picnic lunches are also available on request from the owner. Books and games.
Extras: Wi-Fi available. Towels can be hired for £5 per person per week, payable on booking.
